a very good book on cooking with D. Dontsova Cookbook for lazybones. my mother gave it to me so I often use it. it is all in detail and understandable, beginning with soups and lasagna. try it you may like it. I started cooking only at 23, but I learned everything from my aunt. although I still can not knead yeast dough.
