In kilometers, it is best to measure the distance from Ras Engel to Needle, which is the length from north to south, and from Almadi to Ras Hafun, which is the length from west to east. For a rough measurement, a ruler in the atlas, followed by the conversion of cm to km, taking into account the scale, will suffice. For accurate measurement, I will use Google Maps. What do you get: - from north to south 8096 km; - from west to east 7427 km?
