With intelligence and an optimistic outlook on the problems

Of course with skill-you'll be admiring the papers during work hours or getting a kick out of the man. I'll give you so many diplomas, references, resume with a needle, and what? You put it in a big cupboard and forget about it forever after the first failure, when you get to the boss on the carpet. A man with skills gives results - what is the point of appearing in the workplace. A man with exclusive skills or the best in his field is worth their weight in gold! And he can always prove it not by words, but by deeds. The employer is not interested in your clothes, your face, your skin color or any other characteristics. If you give him what he needs in the job, the job is yours! If not, then any outside factors like gold jewelry, grandpa - Nobel Prize laureate or even a diploma won't keep you in place for long.

With skill first and then let him get his diploma, too.

Diploma is important. But skill is even more important.

With both, with experience and with your head.

I was hired because I lived close to work, but now I have all sorts of skills and almost a diploma, in general, did not fail.

No offense, but personally for me in life people without a diploma and with the ability more than who has the notorious diploma - have not met.

with the skill. but provided that there is a desire to get an education!

can get both without that and without the other: a man can learn so that all graduates can put their noses through their noses.

Of course with a diploma! The diploma says that the person studied not idle for the previous 5-6 years! He can be questioned! Try to ask somebody who has not studied anywhere. A diploma is a responsibility! And if a person has skills, there is nothing to stop him from studying! Only his own laziness can get in the way.

When a person comes to work for you will you be able to tell at once about his skills? But the diploma also nothing you will not tell anything about how he got it so I think you need for an interview to ask an unusual question. The answer will immediately make everything clear.

when any diploma is bought without problems, only a test of skills can guarantee you as an employer that you won't waste your time and money.
