Owning oneself implies: controlling one's emotions, deeds and words. Best of all those people who have the excitation - inhibition of the nervous system is balanced, by temperament - it's phlegmatic and sanguine. Better, of course, be sanguine, their nervous system is more agile, they quickly respond to changing conditions of reality, but it's really God has given:: More to own itself helps experience and rationality of thought, but it is acquired over the years and not by all!
