absolutely unrealistic! if you're in Moscow or a major city, your annual income will go to buy 2-4 sq.m. housing, provided that its now less than 60-80 sq.m. not build and provided that you do not spend a penny of your salary. In other words, housing you will pay off in the next 30 years and realistic loan now for 10 years but take into account - it with high interest costs for insurance and the rest! Paying a minimum! So the housing problem is still spoiling the Russians. And if you can get such money, why take out a loan?

If you are not old enough to pay it back and all the income is white, it is quite realistic.

If it is a white salary, you can try and if not, it is worthless and if you pay more than 50 percent

It is unreal to take it and it is unreal to give it back!

yes the same question has undermined my plans for a speedy wedding. Either there is $ to buy half of the apartment and there is a stable high income - then the loan for the remaining 50 real or it is not - then do not even think about the chances = 0: and to all theseYoung families. evil is not enough >:
