There are more questions than answers here. Do you have a plan of the house and land? Maybe your garage went on their land? Why is the roof of their shed over your garage? This is all very strange. Outbuildings should be located at a distance of 1m from the boundary. And with the garage, it's complicated. I'm pretty sure you're the one who started it.
