There is a list of parameters, which must have CW, a whole list, and if at least one parameter does not match such as a blunt end, it would be even a samurai saber - it will not be CW. Another thing is that people in uniform often trick the suckers, suggesting that they have CW, so should we just carry a certificate?

There's a list of parameters, which CW must have, a whole list, and if at least one parameter doesn't match, for example a blunt end, it won't be CW, even if it's a samurai saber. Another thing is that people in uniform tend to trick dummies by suggesting to them that they have CW, so they should just carry a certificate

Over 37 parameters determine how a knife qualifies as a cold weapon. Any one of them doesn't fit in that framework and the knife becomes a household knife. Do I make myself clear?
