how do you get the files out? and got a better answer

It's possible to get it back, but I don't advise-no matter how beautiful it may be, it's a virus, don't you feel sorry for your computer? I explain-if they were clean, they could get infected by a virus and are now themselves a virus and infect other files! But if you still want to take it out, I do not advise, now on the agent to explain?

No, that's not it. I had the same problem. I moved my Casper, and I advise you to do the same. Norton has a lot of settings, and I'm all over it, and so are you. Everything is default in Casper.
