Stewed turnip, rutabaga, carrots with sour cream! This is my childhood dish, I still can't imagine anything tastier from vegetables. If you're not on a diet, you can add some boiled or stewed meat to it, or potatoes if you're a vegetarian.

favorite salad in layers: 1. Freshly grated baby carrot + boiled egg to grease with mayonnaise. I mix each layer separately. 2. Shred fresh cabbage with salt, add grated apple and mayonnaise. 3. Shred boiled potatoes with pickles, mayonnaise, 4. Grate boiled beets with garlic and mayonnaise - very tasty.
