How do you feel about the military after Chechnya? and got a better answer

I feel sorry for the guys, it's not their fault. Why is there no rehabilitation program? My brother-in-law was there and he still has nightmares and headaches. I hate our government for this, someone benefits, and someone is traumatized for life. I do not blame people who go there for the money, it's not their fault our government does not provide other opportunities for young people to get some property?

The military is always the scapegoat. The peasants swear, and the villeins' quiver.

When I accidentally got to the platform where the military from Chechnya disembarked - it was creepy. And when one at a time - normal attitude:

As people their pity those who were directly involved as the army as a whole - they only have to disperse rallies of pensioners.

It depends on why they go to Chechnya. If they do it for money, I don't respect them, they can earn money using other methods, but if they do it of their own free will without any particular reason, I respect them.

in the city is not just stupid, it was against the rules of street fighting. They burned them by the dozens. It's good that the lunatics from the General Staff did not send paratroopers into the city.

It's better not to go there! I've been having nightmares for 10 years now, but not as many as at first! I respect myself and all the guys who were there and stayed there! I was in 1996-1997 in the unit 3526!

attitude to the guys in uniform has not changed because they are just like us. They were sent to do their duty, and they fulfilled it! It's another matter how the government and the media interpret their deed. They did not send you pre-murderers of civilians. And it is very bad. The government must be held accountable for its actions and its people, but it is often eliminated. Elections are coming up and we should weed out the random people in power, especially those who do not care about our country.

Many thanks to everyone! And who thinks that the money is dirty, let him try it himself. Everyone is a hero on the couch.
