An abstract long dress with abstract high heels can look very good, but I don't like this particular combination. The problem is the length of this particular dress - it should either be longer to cover the heel, or significantly shorter to be a midi dress A flat sole might partially solve the problem of the dress being three or four centimeters short to a maxi, but when walking it will still catch the eye that the skirt is not long enough?

The photographer obviously took this girl, crouching down, from a low angle. That's done on purpose. To visually lengthen her height.

better to have a heel of at least 4 cm. as the heel is not only + centimeters of height, but also the posture, the grace.
