Set the temperature to 100-150 degrees, pour boiling water on it, cover it with foil and let it cook for at least an hour, it will taste better, like in a Russian oven?

It's more likely not that it's not ready, it just didn't have enough moisture, you need to give it some moisture.

Turn off oven, splash water on tray. Don't take the chicken out.

any grits for stuffing should be fully cooked. Take everything out, shake out the rice, pour it with juice and water 1:1 or less and toast without boiling for 20 minutes or steaming

Pour some water on the tray, cover the chicken well with foil and leave in the oven to bake. You can turn the oven off - until the rice has cooled down, let it come to the point of use for the future - leave the grits already cooked.

Perhaps the chicken is huge. Basically people have already given the answer. I would do the same thing. I would add water to the baking tray and put it on low temperature. As I was typing, Lenlya has already answered: About cooked rice, not boiled.
