I totally agree with you and always try to explain it on the fingers at such a collision, but people in big business understand this and it works, such as the apartment I bought a year ago for my son-when we paid 100 in the first phase, we froze the price until the completion of construction, others paid 50 MORE-but these small service firms and offer services all charge in advance- They are fully protected themselves-they got the money already at a profit and then only fulfill their obligations-good if they do it7- but nothing can be done about it-don't like it, go look for another-no compromise, it seems they do not need the money-another would not have let the customer go to another, and there is no struggle-they do not know what an equity participation or a discount-how to combat it I do not know-but I get angry, too

Maybe you just have the look that when they look at you they just don't trust you. On the other hand you're right sometimes you have to pay in advance but not more than 25 percent of the total amount.

An advance payment is required because everyone is falling for these scams, or there is no competition, so when they require a 100 percent advance payment, I do not even think twice about looking for another supplier of goods or services.

In life, everything happens not as we would like it, you can get mad, you can adapt, and you can look for other suppliers, not everyone takes 100 and if the contract is well drafted-all is not so awful will turn out. good luck and good humor
