a very beautiful and noble sport I worked at a fencing school for 2.5 years, so I have only good impressions of it. The only frustration I always had was the over pumped leg muscles of some of the athletes, it wasn't always pretty. It was a pity. And about weapons such as saber, I can say the following from my memories - very fast, emotional, forceful fight. For me, as a person who had no idea about fencing, it was always very difficult to follow sabre competitions, especially if there were local tournaments and sometimes preliminary ones were held without connection to electric equipment. In epee and rapier I was more or less following, but in sabre it was almost unreal. Well, what else can I say about fencing, it's really a chess on legs
