If a person stands on the platform, and the train rushes past him, the person 1 will be pushed away by a wave of air, which the train drives in front of him. 2 If a person came to the train when the wave of air passed, the person will be pulled away, because the cars are moving with a decent speed, and create because of that a small difference in pressure near the train air pressure there a little bit lower. And the gravitational forces are so small that they can be safely ignored in this case?

Will attract. A rapidly moving object moves air with it creating a rarefied space. This is what water jet pumps are based on.
