Bad mass on the dash, possibly oxidized contacts, possibly bad mass to the dash in the gas pedal area, under the plug where the ECU sits worst case, dashboard problem, from time to time there are unsolder rings on the contacts Good luck?

If it ain't boiling, why are you messing with it? I got it on the white zone, it ain't even getting to green, let alone red, you'd have to melt the engine to get it there.

Earlier, with similar failure, we 100 years ago, pulled two wires into the cabin and one end threw on the sensor and the second in the cabin put a toggle switch and a strong heating Tosol, turned it on forcibly from the cabin. Sensor switch is a simple switch in two terminals, where the sensor body is the minus, and the plus comes and goes in transit through a toggle switch. Remove the two ends from the sensor and with the ignition switched between them, the fan should turn on, no. then there is no plus on the wires. torture wiring!

Put a button to turn on the fan is the most common homemade retrofit domestic cars. Don't do it yourself, you'll burn your car. In domestic cars there is no problem.
