I add onions beaten with a blender and semolina soaked in advance. I make the cutlets in the oven instead of frying them.

I do not make chicken cutlets from minced meat. Only from chopped chicken fillets by hand with a sharp dice knife. Neither bread nor vegetables are needed. Manka sour cream egg-let stand. Fresh chopped greens and spices to taste.

minced meat + oatmeal + salt or pepper to taste + garlic + onion. nothing extra, no eggs, no semolina and they are puffy and delicious
