Complexes and complexes again no one cares about your extra 13 kilos I'm 12 and weigh 80 and you know what I do? I don't give a shit how much I weigh and I'm not going to limit my food because of bullshit.

Man just eat less and preferably eat normal food only: no chips and chocolate and just fatty anything. If you don't want to go somewhere to work out, just squat at home and do push-ups at least a little.

I'm not gonna tell you my weight, but I will tell you that in six months I lost seven pounds, and man, that's cool. I just started walking more often and moving more, I excluded white bread and virtually all sweets from my diet. Be careful there or you could get diabetes. Don't eat after 7 and check out diet table 9.

Don't eat three hours before bedtime. Don't eat sweets. Work out at home. Plank, push-ups, squats, if you have dumbbells, that's cool. If you jerk off and puberty has started, don't jack off.
