How can you cook them, Slavochka, that you imagine yourself cutting them with a knife and not with an axe? I've never cooked them but I've never had a chance to do it. So good luck and enjoy your appetite. Better yet, if you're afraid to go to the store and buy ready-made eggplant salad.then you're sure to be whole and unharmed!

I wonder how you can get your hands chopped off? Unless you try really, really hard! Better make eggplant rolls! They should be sliced lengthwise into thin slices, fried on one side if they are not so thin, put stuffing, roll them up and fry like pancakes. Stuffing: grated carrot with garlic, fried mushrooms with garlic, mushrooms with carrot, finely chopped tomato and grated cheese, just grated cheese;

Actually, there's only one cooking feature: peel, cut into platters, and put on a slanted plane. I put it on a large cutting board. Salt a little and press down with a heavier weight for a couple of hours. This will take away some of the juice and with it the bitterness. Then you can do anything you want: you can fry them in platters like pancakes or stew them. Salted eggplants stuffed with carrots and garlic are very tasty. They also need to be pre-pressed, but should not be peeled. but only cut lengthwise in half. Salt like cucumbers. Enjoy your meal.
