Yesterday I saw the same tower near SOKOLNIKI park in Moscow, only in ruined condition and red brick. Without clocks and with arch instead of windows at the bottom. It is located on the territory of some sanatorium and is empty. I could not go in there - a pack of dogs ran out. I mean, we don't save what we have.
