take migrenol. or call an ambulance. maybe your blood pressure is high or low and you'll know. if normal, then call an ambulance if it hurts so bad. i find migrenol and sumatriptan help when my head really hurts.

Probably a frontal sinus problem, but an MRI or CT scan should be done.
