It's okay. If there is no other way, then you can and should. You can't go to court. Sergey certainly is completely right, but I would have completely zeroed yours for such a trick with my phone, that is formatted, in order to have had no mercy on other people's phones. And in case of high nervousness take a mixture of Kvatera or Novopassit, a teaspoon in your morning tea and after three days you will not give a damn.
