The disposal of property in shared ownership is carried out by agreement of all its participants. If the share is sold in violation of the pre-emptive right of purchase, any other shareholder has the right within 3 months to claim in court to transfer to him the rights and obligations of the buyer. This consent is necessary for the transaction.
