the static site for the serious company in general costs nothing there it is not nada animations primudryh scripts and excessive beauty to strict informative html pages any their front page draws and here a site like a store internet if not flush so scripts will demand them not everyone will write and creation of the dynamic site long business if to rummage by yourself another business when it is at someone on flow here all depends on volume of a site but I would for the big site of such type have paid 500- 1000 $ although mostly ask from 1000 to 5000
