no difference if you pay or free of charge. After the first session few students get kicked out - it's profitable for them to charge you more money for one semester.

you don't want to study, just quit. if you want to study, pass slowly. they will tolerate you. everything is paid. but if you do nothing or flout the lecturers, you may get in trouble.
