It seems to me that, yes, it is sabotage and killing of the Russian people. Another thing is that it is people's own fault that they drink this nasty stuff, but if you consider that in the villages and settlements there are no jobs and the youth have nothing to do, it becomes clear why they get drunk and I wish I could do something about it. And it is necessary to rebuild the economy, if not collective and state farms, livestock farms, fields and everything connected to peasantry.
