Realistically. Muscovites don't want to work for small salaries. They want to be managers and do nothing, so the way is open to Siberians, but in most places workers who pull the company, but after a year or two there is the prospect of promotion to middle management and no more, then mostly blat - daughters and sons. Good luck in the conquest of Moscow for 500 bucks to settle without problems, of which 200 for a flat will have to pay, better with someone in a joint! A lot of people left! Almost no one came back, did they either settle in Moscow or go abroad?
