There is such a device, called a graphic analyzer cable lines, costs 2200 American rubles. It is not worth the trouble. If the cable is embedded in the wall, then only the baseboard. If it's loose, you can try removing the TV jack, attaching a leash, and pulling the cable from the other side. Find the damage method, cut and solder the cable. Pull it back out with the leash?
