I've been all over Greece, it's my favorite country. But Athens didn't impress me much - modern buildings are not interesting at all, in summer Athens has a steady smog, it's hot, the air is not the cleanest. It makes sense to see the Acropolis and wander through their famous walking street - Plaka with restaurants and souvenir shops. But in general, the architecture of Athens left me calm. You'd better go to the islands - to Agios Nikolaos in Crete?

Not in Athens, but Greece is AWESOME! Thessaloniki is the second city after Athens is awesome!

I was not in Greece but it's my dream as my aunt lives in Thessaloniki and I really want to visit her but the country is great!
