this compartment drain is clogged- take out the whole box and flush all the compartments out and backwards and everything will drain and pour out- no need for Calgon- powder manufacturers add additives that equalize water hardness- softness! and spending on Calgon- a waste of money?

you know i had the same thing but i had it because my grandma mixed up the compartment! maybe you just put conditioner in there! and calgo in the other one?
