Altered states of consciousness Arousal is a special unaccustomed state of consciousness noticed by a person and others Alcohol intoxication is a typical Arousal state of consciousness Waking dreams and deep sleep are considered to be normal states of consciousness. But hypnosis and trance are sometimes considered to be natural normal states of consciousness, but more often - to ASCs.

This is a shifted range of perception. See, for example, paraleness.

I won't answer your questions because you never pick the best answer and your questions hang in the ballot.

To just jump out - no unequivocally. You'll get stuck in the first projection your attention chooses, and it's impossible to get out of it, unless you go back. But there are billions of these projections, one within another. There is no point or time to discover new possibilities and mysteries in them. You have to move through them all, up to a certain point. But the right skills to do all this can only be obtained in the right consciousness, purifying oneself in reality.

if not worth messing with - then people need to quit drinking alcohol and using drugs.
