ovsianaia kasha - respekt: 2 stakana moloks, 1 stakan vody, dovesti do kipenia i vsypat 1 stakan hlopev ovsianki. varit ot 5 do 15 min - kak ukazano na upakovke. V processe varki dobavliaem sahar, sol. sahar mojno zamenit na med, no dobavliat ego posle varki vmeste s maslom slivochnym! Priatnogo Appetita!
