They haven't paid vacation pay for 7 months now. And it comes out that there is no accrual. I don't know how much I should get. What to do? I am afraid of fraud? and got a better answer

Write a statement to the prosecutor's office and the labour inspectorate - they'll pay you right away

preferably a group application to the labour inspectorate, signatures, passport data, phone numbers, addresses, at least three or five people alone will not be considered. the signal will be automatic, even their calls will warn them there. they are afraid of publicity and censure from the tax authorities and from above

even on a single personal statement, the labor inspectorate reacts very quickly.

I'm afraid you're not officially registered with the firm. That's why your employer doesn't care about your vacation pay, because it's not due. Make an attempt to write a statement to the Labor Inspectorate for the beginning of a notice to the employer. Maybe something will work out, but not sure if you are not registered.

About labor and the prosecutor's office said, but you still owe penalties for each day of delay in issuing wages. Employers are required to issue pay slips to employees.
