What's the problem. Let us live amicably. Put the idiots on the reservation, like the Old Believers: they went to Siberia and lived there! And in school religion should be an elective and at the expense of the church! Each should try to gather its flock on an equal footing! Kids are not stupid, parents will help!

What's the problem? In the Russian Orthodox Empire, Muslims existed perfectly well, were not discriminated against, and served equally with Orthodox people up to the highest ranks. But that didn't stop the Russian empire from being an Orthodox state.
