There's not really a correct understanding of this situation, it's just that the government doesn't really help, they just try not to tax small businesses too much, give them long term loans, etc.

No way, they talk a lot about it, but when you really begin to consider the declared programs of support, you see that to get there you have to fulfill a lot of conditions, or everything is already divided there, don't go far, idiotic technoparks.

holds all kinds of investment competitions. So last year in our city was about 20 grants for businesses in the social sphere. Yeah, it helps in all kinds of ways.

Come on, the government helps. it's funny. what grants, what programs? 20 grants per city? That's powerful, what can I say. And they split them up in the process of working out the documents. Getting a long-term and more or less worthwhile loan is also unrealistically difficult, plus the insane interest rates. And the first problems will befall the entrepreneur in the process of opening an office / store in dealing with SES, Fire, Tax, Administration. etc., etc. Please don't help us! Don't interfere, huh?

How, how. sets very low taxes, drafts very lenient legislation, takes care, environmental and fire safety:

It's good to stay out of the way.
