Countries known for their wine: of course France but they are expensive, Spain, Chile, Argentina, from America only California; And from ours: Moldova - I like them! Real wine is ONLY that without sugar! ie dry. All the rest is compote! Red is more useful in terms of iron raises hemoglobin, improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, reduces blood sugar, diabetics need it, but not more than a glass a day, plz. With different dishes different wine: With beef, lamb - red wine. With chicken or fish - white. It's easy to remember: the color of the main dish is the same color as the wine!

I'm just sitting down with a glass of red, dry Moroccan wine. Very relaxing.
