the tech support really sucks. however, at one time my experience with home networks was even worse. here, at least you can hang out to listen to music - in the end they connect. and Stream never crashed. and the speed is normal and not much money, and Stream tv is included.

the cable is lying in the water, it's not a problem. If the cable is in the water, it's not their problem. That's where all the problems come from. I was offered Stream TV, but the line did not work. I turned off Stream and connected Acado. I was hooked up for 900p for 758kbps and now I get 1,5 mbits for the same money. Connection is great. No problems.
