Tell him that it's always summer in India, and you can't buy an apartment - you can bum right on the beach?

Very easy. First find your family employers. Get them and find them. Get your family a work visa based on their documents. Did you find one? Does your family have a very in-demand profession? Does your family have distinguished athletes, musicians, Nobel Prize winners? That any country would invite you in with open arms? Maybe your family can open a business in another country? I mean, do they make that much money? Is your family political dissidents? Fighting the regime? Are they persecuted by the authorities on religious grounds? Maybe a non-traditional orientation? So on what basis do you want to move? Buy your family an apartment, count up how much money you need? Good for you. Do you have any? Does your family have any relatives you know somewhere?
