The period of deprivation of a special right shall commence from the day on which the person surrendered or had the relevant certificate of a special permit or other documents withdrawn from him/her. 3. The period of deprivation of a special right, in the event of the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of deprivation of the same special right, shall begin from the day following the day of expiry of the administrative penalty previously imposed on the person deprived of a special right.
