Take from them their decision on the collection of penalties, claim, then write an objection, since the deadline has expired, and then, if the FTS does not agree with you, write a statement under Chapter 24 of the APC RF, attach to it the decision or the claim FTS, which will appeal Remember that there are three months during which you can apply to the arbitration court such an application Read Part 4 of Art. Article 198 part 4 of the APC of the RF?

Everything is absurd in the tax authorities, it's time to get used to it: Order a reconciliation of payments. And still pay the penalties.

Response from 0[+++++]
It is better to pay, because the penalty has no limitation period.

Challenge the claim of the tax authority through the court.

These issues are handled by different departments, so there are inconsistencies between them. In the tax piles of papers no one will understand and penalties will only grow

Fuck them, let them try through the court penalties do not exist without a legitimate object of its origin ie statute of limitations automatically removes the object of collection and everything associated with it Good luck in the insemination of tax. Just struggled with the imbeciles from there yesterday.

Better pay it! The penalties are not that big! But they won't give you a bank loan!

What's the tax on? If the statute of limitations has expired 3 years it seems - then you don't have to pay any tax or penalties. Before, they had to move with the claims and now it's too late after a fight to wave their fists.
