No the price of a new house will be many times higher than its cost. Even in the region, a new cottage costs at least 2 million?

Well, if there are materials for very cheap and you'll do it yourself, but it's better to buy a good old one and renovate it yourself.

should live where you can work, not where you need to go

Building a house for yourself or for sale?

I sold my house for 50 thousand rubles in such a village, and my neighbor built a cottage. I know the cottage, whose owner is asking 1.5 million rubles - the price of 1-2k. apartments in Saratov, where I live. But this is a village - instead of the bank there armored car comes 2 times a week for 4 hours, not the regional center! And as for the question: if people want to live there and see a prospect, then stand for themselves, not for sale. Some are comfortable in the city, some in prison, some on a ship, and some in the countryside - people are all different.

It could just as easily be cheaper. We have a whole street of unsold homes - the developer didn't consider the space to build. One house has already burned down.
