At the time you made your purchase on the site, you confirmed that you had read and agreed to all of the fare rules. If you did not need the refund option, you should have removed this option from your order before paying. Since you didn't do that, you can't cancel some of the options you've chosen. What you can do is cancel the ticket completely, since you bought it with a refundable fare. And issue a new ticket with the necessary options.
