Decide for yourself whether you want to work with him! If yes, look for approaches, if firmly no and you can not affect the process of changing the new chief, look for another job! But remember, you have to make inquiries about the boss before you can work with him! And watch the movieDevil Wears Prado Wishing you luck! Is there always a nice place in the world for you?

Quit. Chiefs don't change their minds. Never. If you hate them, you're in for the long haul. Until you're gone. Or he retires himself.

If you think he's biased, try a better job. If he REALLY is biased - I'd look for a job somewhere else. A job is just a job, it's not worth getting your health in trouble over it!

Maybe it's not the boss that's biased, it's just you being stupid.

First, try to figure out if the bias is your subjective opinion or objective? If it's objective, try to find out the reason and fix it. With the chief you can talk frankly, but it's also individual. As they say all the chiefs - the same people, but still. And if bias is objective and can not correct it, remember that work and this chief's life is not limited. Psychologists say you should always look for a way out. If you don't have one, look for an entrance.
