I don't fry potatoes but vegetable pancakes - besides potatoes I grate carrots and zucchini with egg, salt and flour I freeze grated zucchini and carrots for winter and when I rotate chicken I put another bowl and rotate everything - potatoes onions carrots and zucchini - with leftover chicken stuffing is also tasty

don't know why it happened this way. but as you wrote above, when I cooked them, just potatoes and onions. salt, pepper. nothing else was added. and a sauce to the flapjacks from sour cream. garlic and herbs. although I like fried potatoes with adjika. and flapjacks with adjika is not eaten.
