Call a master Maybe the compressor itself is dead, maybe the starter relay, etc. That's assuming everything is okay with the network?

can't do it yourself. You'll start a fire.

Let's start with an easy one. The starting relay of the compressor at modern refrigerators is arranged so that after you have switched off the refrigerator it is possible to switch it on again NOT earlier than in 5 minutes after switching off. If you try to switch it on earlier, it will not start, and if you continue to abuse it, the motor winding may burn out.

Start coil loose or oxidized contact; starting thermistor or starting relay died if the refrigerator is old; winding in compressor died; Bad contact in cord, plug or socket, insufficient voltage; low voltage in the mains.
