APELSIN DESSERT Cut a few medium-sized oranges in the middle with cloves and peel them gently so as not to damage them, so as to make the baskets. Dice oranges, apples, pears and peaches in 2-3 pieces, mix and sprinkle with sugar, if necessary, and put them in the baskets. Pour yoghurt on top, decorate with cream, whipped sugar, berries from jam or compote or sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Slice all the vegetables and fruit together, and put two gravy bowls as a pour, one with mayonnaise and one with yogurt and let everyone choose what they want.
