I was in Tunisia at the end of October. It was a wonderful time. I traveled with my wife 3500 km. Could have done more but got tired. Tunisia is a Roman province in Africa. Everything that survived from Carthage and Rome is away from the sea or collected in museums. When I saw Roman mosaics in Naples many years ago, I thought it was unlikely to find something that impressed me more. But African mosaics are much better. Many times over. Look at the pictures from the Bardo Museum on the internet and see for yourself. The roads are good. The police are friendly to foreigners. Lots of seafood. Great wine, even cheap. What else? If the weather is warm, the sea and the sand fully reveal the meaning of the word "sea bathing". On the roads they sell cheap gasoline from Libya. It's an amazing phenomenon!

I liked it even though the hotel was crap. I suggest to go to Sahara for a 2 days tour.... It's a different experience. You will see the last Roman coliseum for sure. It's a totally different experience when you touch the walls that are a thousand years old.
