This is a highly compressed video file. Watch it in better quality with less compression.

video quality is terrible so artifacts are visible steel try to watch licensed movies or no less than 6gig and such should not be well and do not download pirated footage from cinemas wait for bluray versions.

These squares belong to the FILE, you don't need to remove them with the MONITOR settings! The monitor needs to be adjusted according to the adjustment table. at least, and ideally - to calibrate the hardware. If the file with squares, it's forever, delete it and that's it.

watch video with a bitrate of 1500KB. for hd from 3000, and there will be no artefacts. there at a glimpse of a video less than 1000, much less plus a very small resolution which, when opened at full screen reveals all this rubbish
