I think that the summons to court can be taken, but only after you know on the basis of what LAW acts now REU, study all the documents and laws, and maybe even all together to hire a good lawyer, and so it is difficult to say anything. court by court, but there should be real facts and the court ruling will be guided by law and legal documents, so learn, based on what article and what law acts REU and act. Yes you can not go to court, without you normally quietly consider the case and take away your shell. At your expense.

Even if you do not take the summons, the court will still take place, it is enough for the court to return the envelope with a note that you refused to receive, or do not live at the address, in general, with any mark from the penultimate known place of your residence in the practice of registration.
