Demand is one side of the coin, you know, the capital's builders are playing with supply, they don't want to build more to keep prices high FAS has not got it on them!

it's simple! demand is growing supply is out of time. people's wants are growing faster than housing construction, especially since until recently housing construction was done on a spot basis, and it was only in 2006 that the federal program for housing construction was launched and that construction will be done en masse!

-Huge money inflow in Russia in 2005-2006, at the expense of export revenues and corporate loans abroad; a real estate bubble is being formed in parallel with the stock bubble - a version of the Expert magazine - The suspension of new constructions after the Federal Law 214 on the share deal - and simply an objective need to improve housing conditions to the European level.
